Lizzie, In any dynamic system things change. First is they are going to start running out og Indyans who know enough to do the task. Second, the Indyans will want more $$ for the job once they see they have a whip hand. Indyan currency will appreciate against the dollar. All these factors will mitigate the problem. Much the same was supposed to happen with computers being the place the jobs got sourced to in the USA. Did that happen? Sure the easy jobs go first, but it gets harder with time and more costly. Bill
