you don't understand Bill, about how offshoring is done. Once these companies embrace offshoring, as they have done, there will *never* be domestic job growth at those firms again. It doesn't matter how good business is, or how profitable the companies are. All job growth will occur at the lower cost provider, for the rest of time. That is the problem with offshoring, it is a permanent suck. For example this company Convergys, imo will *never* hire large numbers of US employees again. Ever.
