The other day, local reporters asked Kerry his position on the gay marriage constitutional amendment here in Mass. He said he'd have to read the language before offering an opinion. A reporter from the Boston Herald produced a copy of the amendment and handed it to him. He gave it back saying he'd have to have his lawyers review it before offering an opinion.

This is the kind of leadership we've seen from him in his 19 years in the Senate.

Barnacle is another joke. He is extremely liberal Boston news guy. Trying to keep it together since being fired from Globe ,, if not for Imus, and guy on msnbc at night. we would never hear from Barnacle.

surprised to hear his reaction to kerry but then i was surprised to read an editorial in Lynn, mass newspaper (daily Item) against kerry yesterday.

Mike were you in national guard? Why are we not looking at the full year on active duty in guard first year and almost full year in second year? He missed drills and some of it was paper work , and he made up drills.. exactly what a lot of national guard people do. What do you think a drill day consists of in the national guard.. most of it is sitting around doing nothing. if he didn't have a plane to fly what do you supposed he was assigned to do? What function was he to perform when he went to a drill? I would prefer to spend time on the election and not live in the 1970's. what is kerry and bush going to do for us today based on their political beliefs. I am basing my vote this year on what i expect from my President in the next four years.
