Kosovo is not led by the UN. The US has its own sector and command our own forces. However the over-arching atrstegy is UN-NATO approved. We need somthing like that in Iraq now. But first two things have to happen, Kerry needs to win and Bush's oil company friends have to share control. Wonder whree all the Iraqi oil revenues are going. One thing I know, gas prices are back above $2 in my neighborhood. Bush has brought us the highest energy prices of our lives. That makes me very suspicious about gouging being encouraged under this oil CEO administration.
