Jay, Be careful. I just found a study that indicated that two mutations accounted for 16/18 anti-viral resistant isolates at a Canadian nursing home

discuss.agonist.org

The virus from the dead patient in Vietnam had both positions mutated. Avian flu has been circulating in China for some time and now it is anti-viral resistant, probably from being being used as treatment for what was thought to be human flu but was actually H5N1.

Say something from Mark Faber abut going long the USD (short term).... It seems everybody (world + dog) is now short USD by Euros, Yen, energy, silver, gold, coffee, forrests, etc. They can't all ger out the door at the same time.

Also, USD vs. Euro has moved from 0.85 to 1.25 - that's a long way. I would expect a significant breather or reverse trend soon, not the 2 - 3 week thing we just had.

Now I'm going to try to find the signal - oli, gold, silver, energy or US statistics ?

Meanwhile, I'm long energy and copper and some silver stocks.
