Have you heard that the dems and Kerry have an all-out internet campaign planned for this spring, where people on bb's like SI, professing to be lifelong Republicans, will lambast Bush and voice their "switch" to Kerry?

Nope I hadn't heard about that until now. I have seen a lot of republicans already who are in the "Anybody but Bush " camp though. Do you have any kind of URL to back that up? thanks

offtopic: How can you tell the difference between real Republicans that are supporting Kerry (like me) and fake Republicans?

I have my California Primary Ballot - and it only lists Republicans. I guess I'm still a Republican <G>

I've been posting for years and I support typical Republican views: fiscal conservative, personal responsibility, minimal international intervention ... oh wait, you can probably see why I oppose Bush?

Or course, I would consider myself a centrist and a social moderate (like Rudy Giuliani, Christine Whitman, AHNOLD, etc.).

I don't expect The Base, with their strong religious fundamentalist view, to abandon Bush. But the centrists will probably take a strong look at Kerry.
