You know what's NOT funny about all this .. is .. if Clayton ever gets caught (in an Enron type scandal or Ponzi Scheme), with all these shares outstanding, he'd have a major shareholder lawsuit on his hands if SIRI went caput .. Clayton is really living on the edge. I think he's lost his marbles.
