Larry,
Hi!!

RE: Heck, I can remember when IBM was the king of the computer industry.

Yeah...Know many retired in the area who were with IBM waaaaaaay back...

I just feel that DELL "hit" the technology explosion with the right vision and developed their company on technology that spring boarded them to the top...The other companies had to change in midstream...But, we all know they didn't...Michael has stated many times that his greatest advantage was that for a very long time no one really took DELL serious...So many doubted that the direct method would really work...Then only in USA...Then only in USA/Europe...etc...Well, the rest they say is history...
Hey, got this great article from Bill.. Friday's WSJ...Interesting quote here: "Yes, it's a competitive market," CEO DELL said. "And, yes, we're winning."
It's been a great quarter and it now appears that the report is the harbinger of what many have long awaited to hear...

Best, Kemble
