If the ticket placement was reversed, it might be alluring to that swing voter who will decide the election. Kerry is dangerous in the oval office--Edwards would be the insurance that guarantees the U.S. remains sovereign during Dem Administration. The latter appeared on Leno's show last night & charmed the audience. Strong applause as he outlined his platform.

Who needs to wait until August, people are asking.

I bet it is the GOP who are least willing to wait. So long as the primaries generate interest then it is a few minutes away from Karl Rove's distractions.

Well, Edwards is definitely a desirable candidate for VP. His problem is that he is a trial lawyer and some thing that will inhibit Kerry's fundraising ability. So, if Kerry really wants Edwards, he would be smart to wait *as long as possible* for the announce while trying to drum up corporate contributions.

Personally I don't think all the money in the world can save Bush so it won't matter.
