I do believe in taking out dictatorships and replacing them with democracies, provided we can use international forces to keep the peace for years afterwards. That sort of operation takes hundreds of thousands, if not millions of troops. Not happening now, though.

Yes. I thought we should've taken him out in '91, but heck, I was 11 years old then. Looking back now, there's no way that we were set to handle a vacuum in Iraq then -- it'd even be worse than it is now!
