No problem: 1) Eliminate all taxes on capital formation, and limit the individual income tax rate to a 10% maximum. 2) Test for literacy and mathematical skills at ALL grade levels, with student promotion to the NEXT grade entirely dependent on passing the tests. 3) Privatize the school systems nationwide-allowing vouchers, if chosen locally. Prohibit the federal, state, and local governments from owning or operating any school. 4) Make union formation by teachers a felony. 5) PURGE the anti-American left-wing domestic enemy from all institutions of influence, including politics, the media, academia, the professions, the courts, and commerce. 6) Enforce universal and strict term limits for ALL elected offices and elected and appointed judicial offices, at the federal, state, and local levels. 7) Enforce three requirements for voter registration: Proof of Identity, Proof of Residence, and Proof of Literacy. That's a good beginning-though there's plenty more. And you may notice that it is not only an assault on left wing white racism, but reforms that are universally accepted across all demographic groups...
