Its true, in the past many of our so-called trade negotiators were so poor at it one has to ask just WHO they were negotiating for, but none of that has anything to do with Bush. He is stuck with what he inherited. My understanding is Bush is a far tougher negotiator which is one of the reasons the Germans and French would like to see him replaced by another softie. You know and Internationalist like Kerry. jdn
