He was in my town last night eating at one of my favorite restaurants, wish I had known.

Only Pres I have seen in real life is Reagan in 1979 (okay he was a "future" president, still counts). Saw Gore once in person, he comes across a lot better than on teevee.

Well, I met and shook hands and had a brief conversation with GWB years ago when he was govenor of Texas. It was a great experience and neither of us knew he was going further in political life. Wish everyone could meet him personally at least once, he seems like a great guy personality wise. jdn
