How often does every asset class go up together?
Gold, silver, soybeans, stocks, bonds, treasuries, foreign bonds, copper, nickel, corn, cyclicals, foreign stocks, my grandmas memoirs (just joking on the latter).

Hell, other than the US$ what is NOT going up?
Perhaps that is a warning sign of some sort!

We need to collectively figure out what asset classes do best from here. Not from where we were. I know how I am positioned: heavily on bets that interest rates do NOT go up in europe, and do not go up much in the US. I also have smaller positions in gold, silver, miners, and unleaded gas, with a fair amt of cash cushion.
