Hence the use of words (parole) to talk up the economy. Trichet yesterday only had more words and the Euro will pick up again today. The Bundesbank said no hurt, so far, due to strong Euro!!!

Had sold Sterling to realize profit, today I will buy Euro and wil sell when it reaches 1.28.

Hi Jay -

You have money flow in, money flow out, and China government arranging to keep RMB /USD within a certain range.

1) Sell volitility on RMB / USD. Speculators may push expectations around so that the risk / reward is reasonable.

2) Help the money go in.
(I think you may be doing this already...)

3) Help the money go out.
Maybe to nice warm places with beaches...
