I think you hit the issue squarely. I hate this type of campaign smear. BUT If this were a story about Bush, it would be a headline in every major newspaper.

Chris, she came out and denied it completely. What more do you want? You can dig up things about affairs about Bush I and George W. also - they are out there.

Both parties denied it. And politicians may not be that believable in general, but compared to Drudge? Drudge, who can't be bothered with the high journalistic standards of the supermarket tabloids and Fox News?

I think both sides have denied it now. Unless there is a picture on the Jumbotron at Daytona then what is left?
