It was not damaged in the minds of fair minded people.....petty, partisans probably feel that way....but the decision itself was well grounded and reasoned....the USSC gets to decide the tough ones......it did its job and we all have to live with the result......I don't much like Roe v. Wade, but I have to abide by it .....what has been damaged by such petty, partisan, loose talk is respect for the rule of law...which is a very dangerous precedent indeed.... JLA
