I agree that respect for the rule of law was damaged, and that that is a very dangerous precedent.

What we disagree about it how it got damaged.

Possibly we don't even disagree that it was predictable.

The credibility and respectabilty of the institution of the Supreme Court took a huge hit with its close decision on campaign finance reform. A shocking disrespect for the rule of the supreme law.
