"Are you more concerned with punishing the saudi leaders and quadaffi for that matter or effectively getting them to change policy in dealing with the terrorists?" My idea on how to fight terrorism involves (1) killing terrorists themselves; and (2) punishing those who support them. Thus the plan primarily calls for killing people, as opposed to liberating them, nation building, etc. Saudi Arabia is making more of an effort, but I bet that effort would be re-doubled if 500 members of the royal family became dead.
