Buddy, when the economy is growing, the economy should be creating additional tax revenue so the deficit should be going down. However, right now, the economy is growing but the deficit is getting larger. How can that be? Doesn't supply side economics dictate more revenues?

Since the last three recessions, job growth has increasingly lagged behind the beginning of the recovery. Probably represents fundamental changes in the way companies do business. The job recovery is now underway and should be accelerating into the election.
