Saddam = Al Quaida. The Democrats like Al Quaida, bacause they love anyone who opposes America. That explains why you folks have defended Saddam so passionately.

It's OUR TURN to answer you in November. It's gonna be LOUD...

On-the-other-hand, we murdered ~10,000 innocent Iraqi people

I hope they appreciate democracy as much as you do. Saddam would have shot you for that kind of talk. The Iraqi people have a chance at freedom. If they are smart, they will make the best of it.

re:"On-the-other-hand, we murdered ~10,000 innocent Iraqi people in quest of that Texas Tea."

First of all, the United States did not murder 10,000 innocent Iraqi's. Just as the previous President didn't murder million innocent Iraqis due to USA's enforcement of UN Sanctions on Iraq. Just as President Bush (41) is not responsible for the deaths of innocent Iraqis from the Gulf War of 91. Nor is President Carter and Reagan guilty of murdering million+ Iraqi's and Iranians from the Iran/Iraq war (Carter for reportedly "greenlighting" Saddam's invasion of Iran, and Reagan for supporting Saddam - once Saddam got into trouble). The blame for those, rest squarely on Saddam.

Second, you are correct, there is no direct link between the Saddam and 9-11. There is however evidence of cooperation between al Qaeda and Saddam's Iraq. And one of the planners of the first World Trade Center bombing, did flee to Iraq. Further, the main reason that bin Laden declared war against the United States in 1998, was the presence of U.S. troops stationed in Saudi Arabia, and their enforcement of UN sanctions. If Saddam had fully cooperated with the UN and not undertaken genocide, then 9-11 would never have happened (as Saudi Arabia would almost certainly have asked American troops to leave, before September 2001).
