The jobs were outsourced because we had so many it became necessary.

I didn't say that. What I said is that the practice has increased during the Bush administration, and Bush's chief economist says it's good for the economy. Many beg to differ with the kind of reasoning that puts corporate profits ahead of jobs.

Obviously there needs to be a balance struck, but you won't get balance from Bush. All he sees are corporate profits, whether they do it by outsourcing, offshoring, or tax cuts. He'll do anything to keep "big money" in the fold. Even if it means running up the deficit and the debt.
