You do agree with him, when you say "It wouldn't surprise me", because with that answer, you agree there are great schisms in this country worth going to civil war over. If there are no worthwile schisms, then a civil war over nothing should certainly surprise us. So, what schisms are you and Ted talking about, which can't be solved through elections. When I asked Ted he posted this.

Had Bush been the great uniter that he insists he is, the current schism would be much less deep. However, he has made no effort to respond to the issues of the 48% of the population that did not vote for him.

Now, from where I come, it's just plain stupid to ignore nearly half your population base but then, its clear Rep. don't think like I do.

Thats a ridiculous, demeaning answer. So, I will ask you the same question. What great schism exists, that you wouldn't be surprised, if we would have a civil war over it.
