The action you speak of abrogated some fundamental principles underlying the Constitution, the very document under which we govern ourselves. This erosion of fundamental rights has consequences for all citizens of our society and we must see that it's never repeated. I think FDR was the last one to have camps like that and they were not restricted to enemy combatants. Fascism doesn't take place overnight. Little by little it chips away at all our freedoms, until we have given up control of so many things so many Americans died for...without even realizing it. All in the name of "patriotism". That's the sinister part of a dictatorship.
