In addition to the Store Manager position, there are three additional levels of restaurant management positions: 2nd Managers, 3rd Managers, and 4th Managers. Average annual compensation for these levels of management: 2nd Managers - $47,000/ year, 3rd Managers - $41,000/year, 4th Managers - $31,000/year.
