He was buying nuke technology until the past year. Actually he was more of a direct threat to W Europe. Personally I think the Europeans ought to kiss George Bush's cowboy ass.

Are you arguing we ought to have been doing business with Libya for over a decade? Qaddafi hasn't been a threat to us since the mid 80's. ... The restrictions against doing business with Libya will mainly be dropped because Bush's Texan frinds want mohammar's crude. It's some of the finest lightest in the world.
