Neocon, it's really quite simple. In order to accept Pilche's irrefutable logic, you must first draw parallels between two totally unrelated concepts. You must then reduce the first to a math formula that is brilliant in it's simplicity (ie. 1+1=human), and then you must acknowledge that marriage is between a man and a woman only. I'm amazed that you apparently have difficulty with this concept. Did you also have difficulty following the historic scientific proof that whites were superior to blacks?

I begin with the intention of reaching an amicable understanding with you, and I am not deficient in philosophical background. The only way we can see essential human character is by abstracting from our experience of human beings, preferably in the exemplary form of a mature adult. And, as I said, sexual bipolarity cannot be "basic humanity" insofar as it shared with all but unicellular organisms. Even if, somehow, bipolarity were essential to our humanity, there is no clear connection between it and particular sexual practices. One can say that heterosexuality is more authentic, but that is a far cry from saying that homosexuality is a unique evil.......
