Thus your reply to my conclusion should have Yes, depending on where the terrorist was captured Not really, because a person can be a number of things at once - architect, thief, senator, for example. And than that thief can be fighting against an invader and would be a POW. These are not contradictions. And it is the ACTIVITY that counts rather than the PLACE.
