Ultimatly, the reason we will have a hard time getting to energy independence is the selfish folks that will never put in solar panels cause they are too lazy to clean them. The same folks that burn gas at more than double the required rate cause their SUV makes them feel dominant on the road.

Forget taxing the rich, we should tax the lazy and irresponsible.
