My thinking is that unless there is another domestic terrorist attack on US soil before the election, Bush is finished.

That has really been the only thing he can point to in his Presidency. There are the tax cuts, but they were done with borrowed money, so I don't think that gets him far.

It's scary that the the American presidency is in the hands of Al Qaeda, but it's a fact. Imo, they won't attack again during Bush's term, they will wait until the new guy takes office and attack again.

They have set the agenda for one presidency, imagine the prestige they will enjoy if they set the agenda for two in a row.

There still seems an incredible reluctance to show him for what he actually is. Just because he holds an office which most of us still respect (although it's really hard at times) doesn't mean HE should automatically get respect.

Arnold the Gropenfuhrer wants to run for President. Great.

Why can't the RNC find anyone who has a moral backbone and leads a more or less ethical life? Is Arnold's resume as a pretend soldier sufficient for him to be Commander in Chief?

Wow, our standards are really dropping fast.
