You got me wrong I am all for cutting taxes, but you must cut government spending as well. The trickle down we will grow out of deficit doesn't work not to extent we are digging ourselves a hole. Bush just takes the easy road and cuts taxes and increases spending and by magic everything will work out. And since he is a "born again Christian" all you right wing nut cases fall for it. If say Clinton did the same thing that Bush is doing now you would be all over him for his irresponsibility. Attacking Iraq was a mistake plain and simple and will put a huge strain on our treasury not to mention American lives and we will be no safer for it. BTW I have always been a deficit hawk and least under Clinton it was getting better not much worse like it is now. Ratdog is not betraying his country, he just believes there is a better way to run our country then what the Bush administration is doing. In fact I think Bush has been a total disaster in everything he has touched and should be run out town on a rail. That btw is not treason, it is using our brain to access what our current leaders are doing instead of just blindly following. If the Republicans could come up with a candidate that doesn't pander to extreme religious right or at least have some fiscal responsibility I would vote for him/her. Sorry but I don't get your question do I want food stamps or a gun to my head? If I get this right you are saying if we elect say Kerry I will get my food stamps but won't be safe? Cause Bush is the only guy that can keep me safe? That is called fear mongering and I don't buy it and you shouldn't either...
