I did not say anything about north or south, only that he operated in a no-fly zone. Nobody works harder at spinning this story than you do -- spin away. Iraq is now a playground for terrorists and it was not one when Saddam was there. Congratulations -- for $200 billion we compromised our national security, alienated world opinion and asked hundreds of fine young Americans to give up their lives.
