Someone commissioned a report that would assume the worst. I said that is was a worst case scenario. I acknowledge that the authors may believe it, although they are careful to term it merely plausible. That does not mean that it is a comment on the overall controversy, and whether the extreme measures of the Kyoto Treaty are warranted. You implied that it was a direct contradiction of the Administrations agnosticism and call for further research. I say it is nothing of the sort........
