If we are going to be the overlords of every nation whose people might wash up on our shores, we are going to be awful busy.

I guess we will have to be responsible for Mexico and Guatemala, too.

Strangely enough the Haitians who end up here tend to be very nice, law abiding people. Difficult to understand why their native land can't get it together.
