And were German Jews blowing up buses, restaurants, and grocery stores in Nazi Germany? I don't think so.

German Jews were too busy doing those things in Palestine at the time.

[edited] What do you think it shows that Germans did not publicly protest against discrimination of Jews and that German Jews did not resort to terrorism in protest of their genocide?

Here is one prominent voice in the German Jewish community, celebrating the rise of the Nazi party:

<<< Dr. Joachim Prinz, a German Zionist rabbi who subsequently emigrated to the U.S., where he became vice-chairman of the World Jewish Congress and a leader in the World Zionist Organization, published in 1934 a book Wir Juden (We Jews) to celebrate Hitler's so called German Revolution and the defeat of liberalism. He wrote: "The meaning of the German Revolution for the German nation will eventually be clear to those who have created it and formed its image. Its meaning for us must be set forth there: the fortunes of liberalism are lost. The only form of political life which has helped Jewish assimilation is sunk." >>>

Back to the topic at hand:

And were German Jews blowing up buses, restaurants, and grocery stores in Nazi Germany?

Both the Israelis and the Nazis claim(ed) their enemies had genetic deficiencies. The fact that they cite different deficiencies does not weaken the analogy.

"Where were the prominent voices in Nazi Germany denouncing racism"

There were many people and groups sounding alarm bells in Germany starting in the early 20s. On the eve of the German elections in 1922 Berlin was mysteriously littered with posters warning of the perils facing Germany with the advent of Nazism. All along the way of Hitler's rise many in Germany foresaw coming events and spoke out publicly, but were in almost every case murdered if they did not escape the country. William Shirer chronicles much of this in his "Berlin Diaries" (of which I have a signed copy). He was a U.S. radio correspondent stationed in Germany from 1921 to 1942.
