They promised us a lock box on the SS trust fund. They broke that promise and spent all the money. Now, they want to break the promise of future benefits.

It’s inherently wrong that legislators can vote themselves a raise. I’m right in the middle of the baby boom and I am saving as much as I can. The worker to retiree ratio is going to get seriously out of whack.
