People have a lot of theories about all this - I have several, myself. One of my favorites is that God just doesn't look because He doesn't want to know. Another is that there are multiple futures, based on the choices that are made, as in "Run Lola Run."

One could argue that in a probabilistic universe, an omniscient-omnipotent being would have enough information, and enough computing power, to accurately predict the entire probable course of the universe, accurately.

Heisenberg doesn't limit God. ;)
