Start the rescue now??! Those idiots in congress have known for over 30 years about the impending dilemma of boomers retiring. Why haven't they done anything. They were busy ensuring their retirements, medical coverage and benefits and didn't want attention brought to their "entitlements" by fixing the SS system when it would have made sense. And those of us who will be screwed at some future date are funding their cushy retirements.
