Nadine, there is what I call the Formula Shell effect. <anyone who disagreed was just not listened to > That's a common trait of dominant people Scarcely explains the acquiescence of the French and German intelligence services. Their bosses would have been more than happy to have been told that there was nothing to worry about in the WMD department. Maybe it was Saddam's mistake in not paying the French and the Germans as much as he did the Russians.
