Ben thanks for the great link. My question remains, however, am i better off with the NAV 04 than with renewing my NAV 2002. Cow's post about the problems with '04 raises concerns. larry

I am still debating whether to upgrade my NAV 2002, or get the free upgrade for NAV 2004. Cow's posting on the problems with NAV 2004 and the support, or lack there of, is very concerning. NAV 2004 also is an 85 mg program. NAV is such a hog to begin with, that that also concerns me. OTOH (On the Other Hand), i want to get the best protection i can (am very happy with NAV in general, so don't want to switch to other protectors)(besides, i own symc stock). any additional input appreciated. larry
