No two situations exactly "equal" each other.

Thomas M pointed to the "parallels" between the two situations, which he believes are "hard to miss".

[That is not the same thing as claiming "equality", so you trying to prove him wrong by pointing to two differences while ignoring possible similarities is a debate strategy that is rather impossible to defend.]

That is why I asked what you think it shows that Jews did not fight against their holocaust through terrorism and that Nazi Germans did not publicly denounce the massacre of the Jews in their midst.

You seem to think it shows there are NO parallels between the two situations (or perhaps you have simply misunderstood Thomas's statement).

I am only trying to show that the existence of some differences between two situations cannot possibly mean that there are no similarities, or "parallels".
