I see... US military force can be used so long as there are no casualties, right?

Which seems to imply that you believe the military should never be used if there is a chance of an American dying.

All it takes, if I understand you properly, is for there to be a single US casualty as the result of someone opposing a US military presence and you'll be ready to cut and run...

Even if 99.9% of Haitians support a US presence, all it requires is that .01% exacting a US casualty and you're no longer in favor of US troops being present..
