I see what you mean about UTSI. What figures did you use for growth and for high and low PEs? I was surprised to find it covered by Value Line -- I was about to say that I seldom invest in stocks that VL doesn't cover, but checked, and bingo, there it is! They did drop their timeliness rating from 2 to 3, but that's not a major concern for me since their ratings seem basically momentum driven.
