That's the most serious problem with American electorate. The less than 50% of qualified voters tune in for the last wk or don't tune in at all. Blame it on public education...surely schools could at least teach students why civic responsibility of voting is so important. Humungous tax $s thrown down a rathole when public education can't even accomplish that basic lesson.
