No it isn't. Arguably it could be the worst in terms of sustainability post WWII but that's a complex uncertain question. During WWII and the Civil War the debt was at a hard to sustain level.

I don't don't know wether you are another party hack or just a stubborn fool...Don't take my word for it...just search on greenspan's testimony last week on the very topic.
