Israel is keeping them living in squallor. You are blaming the victim. Israel admits it drove them out. Israel didn't set up schools or hospitals or run social services. Unfortunately that's what Hamas does in addition to the attacks on Israel. hamas won the hears of the Palestinians because ther wasn't much else there to help them. Look at all the money Israel gets and still wants more. Israel got where it was by terrorist bombings. Now it wants to call fins that it got theirs. It's all been a constant grab for land.
