except the guy on whose watch the attack happened. The attack on the WTC ended in 2001. It began in 1993. It was followed by the Khobar Towers bombing in 1996, two African embassy bombings in 1998 and the U.S.S. Cole in 2000. Clinton and Kerry were on watch then. What action did they take? I can answer that. Their response, over the next 8 years, was an across the board 36-39% cut in the personnel and equipment strength of our Armed Forces and intelligence agency budgets. And nearly forgot, they blew up some empty tents in a desert. Are you suggesting the victim of a mugging is the guilty party?

Why dont you blame AQ, Bin Laden, and militant Islam? Though it's obvious your party's hatred of Bush easily overcomes reason when it comes to identifying the real enemy. The fact that you posed the question to UW as some sort of accusation says it all. Hopefully, some day you and your friends will wake up from your pacifist/police action/church of tolerance dream. If not, then I hope you follow Carter and Kerry to the promised land... Of course, the promised land will require that your wife and daughters wear burqas and you will have to pray to Mecca 5 times a day. I think Jimmy and Rosalyn will adjust without issue. Kerry and Heinz will probably have some difficulty. However, I am sure all of you will do whatever is necessary - just as long as the US ends up on the losing end.
