Nah, I believe the 'stimulus' was ill-shaped to impact job creation much (as even the Administration's economists said).

Lowering payroll taxes, and making dividends 100% tax deductible for corporations that pay them (instead of the flacid, half-hearted approach the Prez finally adopted for dividends) would have REALLY produced stimulus and job growth.

Corporations got NOTHING out of the President's plan.

So would lowering rates AND simplifying the tax code --- eliminating wasteful and unfair loopholes and subsidies.
