Hi Tippet,

1. If you did what Martha did -- you'd already be in jail. Period.

2. It wasn't just one witness -- they had e-mail evidence too, and testimonies from two other people.

3. You may find this hard to believe, but there are a lot of places in the US where people think $400,000 (or whatever she made) is a lot of money. It may not be a lot of money for her, but it still a lot of money.

But if it isn't a lot of money for her, then ....

WHY DID SHE DO IT ?????????????

And finally, if she has no trouble lying to the Feds cuz she thinks she's better than the rest of us ..... how does that bode for shareholders down the road if MSO ever had gotten into real business trouble ?

I'll tell ya -- she would have had no problem saying "everythings fine" and all the while selling her stock (claiming it was time for her to "diversity her holdings) -- leaving her shareholders holding the bag.
