WHEN WILL KERRY SPEAK OUT IN FRONT OF AN ISSUE VERSUS QUARTER-BACKING GWB?

Kerry continues to use the monday morning quarterback technique to display his tremendous skills if he was President. His staff is apparently afraid to let him get in front of an issue, be it Haiti, China, Iraq, the economy, unions, illegal immigration, gun control, gay marriage etc. His comments are either one of second guessing a prior GWB decision or dancing around an issue without making a commitment. Faced with receiving only limited information from Kerry on critical issues, the so-called middle voters will go with what is known. Whether they agree or not, they know where GWB stands.
